I think your solution, by combining e2e encrypted networks with unencrypted ones, creates a false sense of security. Conversations between beeper and unencrypted networks remain unencrypted, and the bridge adds an additional possible leakage point.

Putting the credentials into 3rd party is a lot of trust that you would require from your users
Does beeper connect to multiple chat services client side? Or does it use matrix bridges
